Logierait Lodges Welcome New Management Couple

Logierait Lodges, the multiple rated holiday lodge development near Pitlochry, which is owned by The Fusion Group of Companies, has a new live in management couple at the helm.

Lisa Bryson and Niall Gosman, from Dunbar, join Fusion having successfully managed the first year of operation at The Dolphin Inn, a Mid Century styled boutique hostel which, under their management, went on to achieve 97% five star reviews, throughout the year, across five major booking platforms.

Fusion Group Managing Director Alex McKie joins Executive Board of Scottish Tourism Alliance

Alex McKie, Group Managing Director of the Stirling based Fusion Group of Companies, which owns Old Churches House in Dunblane, has announced that he is extremely pleased to have been appointed to the STA Executive Board as one of four new Directors appointed earlier this month.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr McKie said: “This is a critical time for action in our diverse industry which continues to face huge challenges.  I hope to be able utilise my enthusiasm and wide sector connectivity for the benefit of the STA membership and the entire supply chain involved.”

Rio Residential bag an offer for their first property in just four days

Rio Residential, the new residential property agency set up by property professional, Judy Shields, has put up its first “under offer” sign on a property. And the property is a second floor, one bedroom flat at Orwell Place in the capital which was only on the market for four days

The Fusion Group Have Appointed Two Edinburgh Napier Graduates

Lindsay Morris, becomes the new Marketing & Administration Executive, and Kiera Priestly has been appointed as new Event Coordinator for Fusion Meetings & Events.

Lindsay (32), from Stirling, has a degree in Hospitality & Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University, and is now completing a Masters in Marketing & Brand Management at the University of Stirling.

Kiera (22) from Bannockburn, has just graduated with a BA Honours degree in International Festival & Event Management from Edinburgh Napier University.

The Fusion Group announces latest venture into residential property

Judy Shields (C) will be receiving support throughout the new venture from Fusion director Alex McKie (L).

The Fusion Group has now teamed up with leading property professional Judy Shields, to jointly launch Rio Residential.

Judy Shields, 31, from Dunblane, Stirling, has been working in the residential property sector at a senior level for the last eight years. With listings already underway from Stirling, down through Edinburgh, and to the Scottish Borders, Rio Residential aims to cover all aspects of residential sales, including redevelopment projects, property sourcing and off market.

Logierait Pine Lodges have achieved a Travellers Choice award for 2022.

Logierait Pine Lodges near Pitlochry, which recently reached Number One on Tripadvisor, has additionally achieved a Travellers Choice award for 2022. Based on millions of reviews and opinions from travellers from around the world, this annual award recognises the very best tourism establishments in terms of service, quality, customer satisfaction and more, across a range of categories.

 Consisting of fifteen traditional pine lodges in an idyllic setting next to the River Tay, Logierait Lodges has been operated by the Stirling based Fusion Group of Companies since 2011. They went on to own the holiday park outright in 2020.  Logierait Lodges is cared for on a daily basis by live-in management couple, Hayley and Jordan. In January of this year Logierait Lodges reached number one in the “Speciality Lodging in Pitlochry” category, which rated twenty three other local holiday lodge developments in the area.

Accommodation Services, has taken on the reservations and marketing for an aparthotel in Dollar, Scotland

Part of the Stirling-based Fusion Group of Companies, Accommodation Services will look after reservations and marketing for the recently launched West Burnside Apartments in Dollar.

Built as a coach inn in 1822, the former hotel is now known as West Burnside Apartments, and comprises seven self serviced apartments and two townhouses.
